What to Know Before Booking Pet Transportation

We provide pet transportation throughout Wellington and the Palm Beaches, including trips to veterinarians, groomers, daycare, boarding, training facilities, and airports.
Yes. You can arrange transportation to the appointment and a return pickup when your pet is ready.
Yes. I can wait during your pet’s appointment for an additional charge. Select the waiting option and enter your estimated appointment length when requesting your quote.
Yes. We provide private ground transportation to and from airports for pets traveling by air.

Your ride includes up to 15 minutes of unexpected waiting time. Additional waiting is charged at $15 per 15-minute period. Any additional waiting charge is applied after the ride according to the booking terms.
Your ride includes up to 15 minutes of unexpected waiting at pickup. Additional waiting is charged at $15 per 15-minute period. If your pet is not ready within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the ride may be treated as a no-show and the full fare may apply.
If you cancel more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup are subject to a charge of 50% of the quoted fare. Once your chauffeur is on the way to the pickup location, the full quoted fare is due.
